Universal Pictures has released the new official trailer for The Fall Guy, an action comedy directed by David Leitch (Bullet Train, Deadpool) and starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt. Written by Drew Pearce, the film is the film adaptation of the television series Dangerous Profession. The release date in Italian cinemas has been set for May 1st.

The Fall Guy follows a stuntman named Colt (Ryan Gosling) who finds himself investigating a famous actor, Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), involved in the same film he is also working on. When the star mysteriously disappears, filming stalls and the project, directed by Colt’s ex-girlfriend Jody (Emily Blunt), risks being shelved. It will be Colt who sets out on Tom’s trail, hoping to win back his old love, but not imagining the trouble he will end up getting into.
Produced by David Leitch, Guymon Casady, Ryan Gosling, and Kelly McCormick, The Fall Guy also stars Hannah Waddingham (Sex Education, Ted Lasso), Stephanie Hsu (Everything Everywhere All at Once), Teresa Palmer (2:22) is already written, Point Break), Winston Duke (Black Panther, Us, Nine Days), and Lee Majors.
